The movie that was first set to come out January of 2001 is now looking to come out April 11th....but I'll believe it when I see it.

 

After the first release date then they just started playing games...most reciently it was suppose to come out in October for Halloween and then January, and then March, and now April.

 

Sadly when the movie does come out I think it's going to be a disapointment...if nothing else cause it's had years of hype, and that's going to be hard to live up to.

 

Although it is being released by Lions Gate studios...pretty much the only movie company with balls these days (Dogma, American Psycho, Bowling for Columbine)

I've seen a bootleg of it, and it actually is pretty good. Not mind blowing. But good.

Eh it's only been hyped amongst the "underground" horror fans. It's not like it's been force fed to us on every channel with segments devouted to it on every entertainment news show. I doubt it'll be a victim of hype.

 

Besides horror fans will usually be happy with a movie as long as it's not totally dumbed down and totally aimed at teens.

Yeah Rob Zombie directed it.

 

However he didn't just decide that he wanted to be a director and jumped onto someone elses movie as a director. The movie is his "baby" if you weeeill.

Hell at this point I'd just be happy with a good DVD release of the movie so anything else is a bonus.

I remember seeing a preview for that movie like two years ago. I'll believe it when I see it.
