Guest teke184 Posted March 17, 2002 Report Posted March 17, 2002 It's an unwritten law that Fox cancels the best shows on its network every year unless it's already been around for about 4 years. I mean, The X-Files has maybe had one good season's worth of episodes over the past FIVE seassons, but it's only getting cancelled now because Gillian Anderson was going to hold up Fox for a massive contract if they wanted her back. Family Guy, OTOH, has been consistently good for quite a while but has been kicked around the lineup, cancelled three times, and put on hiatus for over one year. This third cancellation may be the final one, but there's a HUGE petition in support of the show which may save it or, failing that, get it moved to another network.

Best young kids show since saved by the bell. and its people of my own age.
