Question about fan run-in on raw

You really couldn't see much of anything.  It happened when Jericho got to ring-side (he came out before UT & after Rock and Austin).  You saw the dude come into the camera shot, then one of the security guys grabbed him in a headlock, while Jericho got in a few punches.  It was on camera for about 3 seconds at the most, and I don't think JR or Lawler mentioned it at all.  They didn't show security leading him away, either.

 

So, you didn't miss much.

Wouldn't it be cool if wrestlers actually performed wrestling moves on these rowdy fans, instead of that punch & kick crap that they usually do? At least moves that don't require the other guy to "cooperate". Imagine the pop Jericho would have gotten if he had punched him a few times, then dragged him into the ring and put him in the Walls of Jericho!

I've just watched it, this doofus hits jerichos belts, which he had raised up while he was ringside waiting for Taker, He connects with the belts(Weakly), and immediately is tackled by security, with Jericho trying to punch him, while Stone Cold just looks on.

JR said, "what the.." then went RIGHT into talking about the Taker...

That's all it was.  The dude didn't even look like he was trying, he looked like he was playing around(actually, he looked like the kind of guy who gets beat up a lot).

It makes me wonder what they would do if there was a team-effort in a fan-run-in.  

Oh, and he should've had a chair, or something...

I heard Rock rolled outside and got a couple good licks in.  I also that Austin is hardcore against fan run-ins

wouldn't it have been funny if, say, Rock rockbottomed the fan and he no-sold? I say, let's organize a fan ran-in at WM for the hogan match and no sell his ass

First off, TUS_02, your picture rules!  Screw LOTR, Bad Taste is the best Peter Jackson film.

 

Second, I remember a thread being started on the old board about a guy who jokingly said that he planned on running in at a WWF Raw a couple weeks ago.  Unfortuneatly, he didn't do it, but the board came up with some great ideas including running at the Royal Rumble and knocking Triple H out of the ring when he won it.

 

Personally if I ever ran into the ring at a WWF event, I'd get a microphone and scream, "Tazz exposed himself to a teenage girl."  Actually, I'd like seem like a rapid Tazz fan as I'd get tackled down before I got "exposed," and everything onward, out.

Why do so many people seem to think that the mikes are live all the time?  Even if one was, you MIGHT get as far as "Tazz ex..." before you got cut off.  Then gang-attacked.  And here comes Bradshaw with the baby oil...

I wonder if that's the standard protocol for a fan run-in?  Drag him backstage, tie him up and it's gang rape time?  First Bradshaw rapes him, then Patterson gets sloppy seconds.  Jeff Hardy next.. etc.

 

Well, if it isn't, then it SHOULD be.  Better that a fan gets raped than some poor wrestler in the shower..
