LaParkaYourCar 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2003 I heard Los Guerreros here long before I heard it on WWE tv.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted February 8, 2003 War Games Type Cage Match: Ric Flair, Batista, Randy Orton, Rhyno (or whoever member 4 of the group is) & Chris Nowinski vs. Scott Steiner, Rob Van Dam, Goldust, Maven & Test . The only REAL problem here is Maven is glorified Jobber. Actually, so is Nowinski. And not a soul cares about Test. Make it four on four, delete Maven and Chris, replace Suck with Kane. Guest TheGame2705 Report post Posted February 8, 2003 It's fantasy booking because they won't squash Steiner to Rhyno, Edge and Benoit are both hugely over faces and Edge is shit at submission wrestling. The 10 man tag would take up needed time. Do either Matt or Mysterio hold the cruiserweight title?
Guest bob_barron Report post Posted February 8, 2003 Since I don't think they're keeping Steiner around much longer- it's not implausible to think they would feed him to Rhyno. Matt doesn't hold the title but he has a feud with Kidman so a lot of people think he may take it from him soon
Guest Brian Report post Posted February 8, 2003 One could argue that Angle was shit at submissions during the Benoit feud and that Edge needs something to get effective, and a heel turn might work. I'm still not advocating that match, but I can understand why people would like to see it.
Guest Vern Gagne Report post Posted February 8, 2003 If it's Rock-Austin. Does Rock end up on Raw, and if so who does he get traded for?
Guest Downhome Report post Posted February 9, 2003 The difference between WMXIII and today, is that Bret, Shawn, and The Undertaker went over three stars who had already reached the top, and were on the way down, never to return to the top, their days were basicly over. The three guys were Tito Santana, Roddy Piper, and Jake Roberts by the way. I don't know about you, but Austin and Rocky are far from being in the posistion which those three guys were. Austin and Rocky still have plenty of time to be the top guys, in order to help regain interest in WWE right now. What WWE needs to do is put the guys like Benoit, Edge, and whoever in more matches which will really make them look good. Perhaps against Austin and Rocky, but not in the terms of having it be Austin and Rocky's last go round, they are still the most over people in WWE, period. If Rocky is leaving for Hollywood though, and isn't going to really return like many are saying, I feel Benoit/Rocky would be the perfect match to put out there, with Benoit going over cleanly. In my eyes, Benoit was "made" at the Royal Rumble, and a win over Rocky right now at this huge show, would cement him for good. My point is that if Austin and Rocky are going to be around, it's not yet time to just put them out to pasture, they are still of HUGE use.

If they do that match, which isn't as certain as everyone seems to think, I assume it would be billed as some sort of interpromotional match, with perhaps some sort of gimmick behind it. Say, in theory, Rocky decides to just leave WWE after WrestleMania, the two owners of RAW and SD could have this match be a retirement match, which would mean one show would loose their "top star".
