Jim Ross interview for only $7.50!

Dear Wrestling Fans,

 

I just wanted to know if anyone as any Jim Ross personalized audio tapes from the early 1990's? The tapes were apart of the Jim Ross fanclub and the audio tapes came with a black and white signed picture of Jim Ross. The audio tape and picture was only 7.50 and included the shipping and handling charges. Not a bad deal? You wrote down on a piece of paper your questions and Jim would answer the questions on a audio tape. Here are some of the questions I asked Jim Ross back in the day.

 

Q. Is wrestling fake?

 

JR. I wouldn't say wrestling is fake. By in large what you see in wrestling is what you get. There are many pretermined outcomes but the wrestlers bodies are always challenged.

 

Q. Why did you leave the WWF?

 

JR. I left the WWF because the WWF wanted me to wear a cowboy hat and I wasn't going to do that!

 

Q. Why did you leave the WCW?

 

JR. WCW wanted me to sell syndicated WCW programing around the United Satetes and I wished to continue my broadcasting career.

 

Q. Is Dusty Rhodes gay?

 

JR. Dusty Rhodes is not gay. In fact Dusty Rhodes just had a wonderfully little grandchild.

 

Q. I saw a picture of a steel cage on top of Abudulah the Butcher in a wrestling magazine. What match was this and when did it occur.

 

JR. Abudulah has been in so many steel cage matches over the past 20 years it would be hard to say when this happened. I'm not familar with that picture your talking about.

 

Q. How did Chris Cruise get a job with WCW?

 

JR. I don't know if your saying that because you like Chris Cruise or you don't like Chris Cruise but I think Chris does a good job with WCW. Chris just happened to be in the right place at the right time. I wish Chris the best of luck in WCW and hope he gets more air time with WCW.

 

I attempted a second interview with Jim Ross but Jim went back to the WWF after deciding on wearing the cowboy hat. Dennis Brant(former editor of the WCW magazine) took over the Q and A session audio tapes, which I was very upset about. I had some really good questions for Jim. Examples are "What is your involvement in the Missy Hyatt sexual harsement case?" and "How do you feel about Tony S?". Would have loved to hear the responses to those questions.
