I always marked out for JT Smith in ECW. Whether it was the 'clumsy idiot' gimmick, the sometimes ridiculous bumps he would take for it, the Italian 'heritage'/FBI stuff or simply the way he pissed the crowd off I always found him an entertaining character.

 

Ever since I started watching wrestling the only people who's promo's I always marked out for without fail were Roddy Piper, Mick Foley and Jim Cornette.

Speak on, I'm a huge 'tallica mark anyway but more so Marty. I was going to throw in his name but you already mentioned it. The better Rocker. He's the only guy who gets in my all time top 20 favourites that goes in the 'where are they now?' category.

I mark out when:

 

- I recognize a jobber's name on Velocity, like "Mike Bucci" or "Bryan Danielson".

 

- SD!'s Tony Chimel mentions "Toronto, Ontario, Canada" in his ring introductions, unlike RAW's Lillian Garcia, who would never say "Miami, USA" but still manages to ignore the fact that Toronto is in a province called Ontario.

 

- the women wrestlers outperform the guys, even when the crowd response is nonexistent.

 

- Benoit and Angle reverse each others' submission finishers for minutes on end.

 

- when I think of how great Owen Hart was.

I mentioned this in one of the memorial threads, but Hennig's self football pass was MAD hot. I tried that like a million times when I was little.

After seeing all those video clips, I've been trying the "throw the basketball behind your head and actually have it go in" trick like every day in gym class. I've actually done it once or twice.

 

That one man pass was NUTS, I agree. I didn't really believe the first time.

 

 

 

Also, TWOOOOOOOO~! is fantastic. I love those dorks.

As someone said earlier, I mark hard for an Angle/Benoit reversal clinic. I mark for good mat wrestling in general if the emotion is right in the match.

 

At the Thanksgiving Smackdown here in Columbia, most of the arena marked out for the Brock Lesnar/Metroid Prime commercial, LOL

Randy Orton's shoulder, when it was still injured, was my favorite character on television.

Yes. This past Monday when Orton talked about how his shoulder apparently got popped back into place or something and he was at 99%~! was beyond great.

 

I think TRITEC and I both mark for the greatness that was RNN.
