Guest Nevermortal Report post Posted February 15, 2003 Dreamworks has tapped director Jay Roach (Meet the Parents) to direct Mike Myers in the first ever entirely sampled movie. Sampling is a term used in music where a song "samples" parts of past songs and uses them to form a remixed version. Today, many hip-hop songs are sampled from past hits. Dreamworks plans to take pieces of old films and string them together to make a new film. It will be interesting to see how such a project turns out. WORST. CONCEPT. EVER.
