-As much as I hate the theme song, it's really getting stuck in my head.

-Leo, who used to be my favorite, is the least interesting Turtle thus far

- Raph called Leo Splinter Jr.

- I hope they don't use the mousers for to much longer. Foot Clan 0wnz.

Oh, man, I loved this one even more.

 

PROS:

The theme song is starting to get catchy, but nothing will ever top the original. Not even the Ninja Rap.

 

Our first (and only) mention of pizza.

 

"Splinter Jr." got me, too.

 

April and Baxter seem to be good characters.

Shredder, still without his armor, is being built up. I don't think we'll even see him fight until Episode 10. And his damn voice is creepy. Way better than Uncle Phil.

 

CONS:

 

Nothing, really. A highly enjoyable episode..waitasec...

Man, this cartoon is getting better. I can see the turtles individual personalities are showing more. It was hilarious seeing Michaelangelo setting up the TVs.

 

"We can see Top 10 video countdowns."

 

 

Also, I am already looking forward to the next episode. How will April play into the new series? What will Baxton do next? And, I bet when the turtles finally confront Shredder, that will be a must see.

This cartoon is GREAT. Ultimate Muscle and TMNT make my Saturday morning's GOOD.

 

Only CON of this ep, to me, was the sewer jet-car, or whatever it's called. Seems TOO high-tech, even for Donatello. But, it's a minor thing, and didn't really ruin my enjoyment of the show.

 

They REALLY need to change that ghey theme song.

I keep missing the first ten minutes of the show! Did it last week and now this week too! Oh well. I'm enjoying it, though it's not really becoming any kind of viewing priority at this point. I'm intrigued by the serial nature of it, though, which, to me, is generally a good thing. I like that, as a writer.

 

The Shredder build is cool too. And, is it me, or are there several in-jokes and similarities to the first movie peppered throughout so far?

There's jokes about EVERYTHING so far. They've made jokes about kung-fu movies and Spider-Man, so I won't be surprised when I hear the next fanboy joke.

 

Ultimate Muscle followed by TMNT, with UltraMan Tiga on a half hour after TMNT ends. I LOVE SATURDAY MORNINGS~!
