Guest Kotzenjunge Report post Posted February 16, 2003 Show Hogan/Perfect from SNME and we're set for an awesome show already. EDIT: Or Perfect/Hart from SummerSlam '91. Hell, show both.
Guest Blackston Report post Posted February 16, 2003 Come to think of it, Confidential is a perfect place to put meaningful tributes to deceased wrestlers. Raw and Smackdown should both have the image at the beginning of their shows, but Confidential could be a great way to remember their career.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted February 16, 2003 I've been saying that for a week and no one paid attention to me... I'm feeling suicidal...

Unless they killed said wrestler and have to put on a good PR move, er, moving tribute. Then they'll have a meaningful tribute first thing.
NYU 0 Report post Posted February 16, 2003 Unless they killed said wrestler and have to put on a good PR move, er, moving tribute. Then they'll have a meaningful tribute first thing. Fuck. Why bring Owen into this ? What the hell should the WWF have done the next night, besides cancel the show ? I thought it was a pretty moving tribute that night and allowed all wrestling fans to mourn, instead of them having to deal with the loss of Owen alone. I really don't think the motives of that show were selfish at all. I mean....it did do recent ratings. But have you seen anyone else in WWE die during a card ? Hell no. So give me a fucking break if you say it was a PR move. It was a tragedy, and the McMahon family did their best to give a proper tribute to Owen. And anyone who thinks Perfect should have got nearly the same treatment on Raw needs to step back into reality. The Perfect situation is nothing like the Owen situation. Nothing like it.
