Guest hardyz1 Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 For those of you in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, how much snow do you have? I'm in central PA and we have about a foot. That's not bad compared to most places.
Guest Zack Malibu Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 Here in RI, we've got quite a bit. Probably around 6 inches and it's still coming down like a bitch. Classes weren't even cancelled this morning for some reason, so I had several near-death experiences on my way to college. Fun times. If we don't get the warmfront and have it turn to rain, we could get upwards of a foot or more, so I've heard.
Guest TheGame2705 Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 I looked out the window and it was really snowy. More snow for RI whooo.
Guest RenegadeX28 Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 I live in Northern NJ, and I already have near 2 feet of snow down.
Guest T®ITEC Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 It's like springtime here in my neighbourhood... BOOYAH.
Guest DerangedHermit Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 Around 18-24" on LI...there's bulldozers coming down the SIDE STREETS. Up to 4-5' drifts...worse than '96.
Guest DerangedHermit Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 It's like springtime here in my neighbourhood... BOOYAH. Damnyoudamnyoudamnyou....
Guest Choken One Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 It was about 15 inches of snow and 4 inches of ICE...Now it's kinda melting away...The roads are smooth enough to only slip n slid everyonce in awhile.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 NW Philly suburbs - we got between 15" - 18" depending on the spot.
Guest papacita Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 I was outside a minute ago...my car is almost completely covered... I hate snow.
Guest RenegadeX28 Posted February 17, 2003 Report Posted February 17, 2003 Well, the snow started being heavy again. There is a huge hill of snow in front of my house, 5-6 feet deep!
Guest tpww7 Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 In CT, between 18- 26 inches outside.
Guest Kingpk Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 Already a foot or so on the ground here, probably another 8 inches more by tomorrow morning.
Guest Kinetic Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 It's just ice here. Lots and lots of ice. My car is a thick block of it. It'll be a light blue puddle once the sun comes out.
Guest RepoMan Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 I got a foot here, and the canceled classes, which is cool but I feel like a pussy.
Guest MaxPower27 Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 We had a nice 70+ degree day here in Florida. A bit humid for my taste, but hell, it BEATS SHOVELING SNOW.
Guest Eyeball Kid Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 It was a wonderfully warm day in my stretch of Florida, too, but I wouldn't call it humid. The sun was out, it was nice and breezy, ah....
Guest MaxPower27 Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 You're up in Jacksonville, though, right? Down here, for some reason, it was humid. I was sweating like a motherfucker at work, even though it was only around 70-75 degrees.
Guest JangoFett4Hire Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 dude, Max Power... is that Pit Pat on your avatar???? In Southeastern Mass, We have about 2 feet. I personally have drifts that are as high as my nipples outside of my house.
Guest RenegadeX28 Posted February 18, 2003 Report Posted February 18, 2003 Well, it is snowing again here, another inch or two to come...
