The FleetCenter would be great. Boston's always had good crowds, and No way they cant sell out that Wrestlemania.

They just wont go to TX or Canada, and I seriously, seriously doubt they'll go to California or the west either.  Tropicana field wont work out, probably for the same reasons as this year.  Georgia dome would be alright, but It Is the old wcw country.  maybe flair could con him into it.  But Boston would be cool. WM14 worked GREAT there.  God, Michaels has been out over 4 years now...

I like the idea of holding it in Vancouver next year.  BC place could hold a ton of people but if they wanted they could switch it over to GM Place which still holds about 17000.

I don't care where they hold it really, I just want to go.

Dammit, I want it to be in Kansas City, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Memphis or even New Orleans.  That way I could go without having to drive too terribly long.

Since,I live here in Ohio, It's very unlikely that they will come here, but I'd drive to St. Louis or they could open Great American Ballpark in cincy, and the concern of "Tearing" up the field won't be a concern as it has a Concert platform that can pull and make the crowd capacity at 48,000. Oh, Well, Who needs a dome? It's not a requirement, just make sure it's a good crowd.

The Carrier Dome (on the Syracuse University campus) is a 40,000-seat arena, but is was sued by the WWF because they were the ONLY arena (sez WWF) to refuse to let them hold a RAW there. Syracuse University just didn't approve of the WWF so they flat-out refused to discuss holding a show there.

Why did this happen? That doesn't make any sense to sue someone if they don't want to let you use it. It is there right.

I think Millennium Stadium is a good idea. I know the time difference might be a problem though. How much is the difference anyways? I think it showed that the crowd will be much more rabid when they hardly get the superstars in their country or have never had a WrestleMania. We know England can deliver with rowdy fans with SummerSlam '92. I think the wwf should stay away from the California area. Their crowds stink. No way in #### will they try the silverdome. Maybe at 25 or will MSG get 2 Manias within that span? International WrestleManias rule.

The main trouble with outdoor stadiums is that it might rain or something.  Might outta call in a witchdoctor to bless the PPV beforehand.

That said I think Churchill Downs would make a great site for WM.  If 120,000 people will go there to see horses race for 2 minutes, they will surely go for a Wrestlemania.  Only problem might be rain though, for instance here in Louisville it has been raining big time over the past week.

Trans World Dome in St. Louis would be cool, not that far from me either.  The thing that is goofy about the WWF is that they tend to ignore some entire areas of the country when it comes to big shows.  They never go to the south for a WM (I doubt they could draw down south, not to the extent that they would like, so maybe that is why).  They also never tend to go anywhere in the midwest except maybe Chicago.

I'd like to see them try the Tokyo Dome.  If they're so popular in Japan, let's see them get 65,000 in the place.  Something New Japan can't even do anymore.

I'd love them to do a WM here in Britian and the Millenium Stadium would be a great place for WM X9.  I'm not sure the time difference would be a problem, if the event was on at 8PM then it would be 1-3 PM depending on the time zone you were in.  The WWF would have no problem selling out the Millenium Stadium because Insurrection (the next WWF UK only PPV) at Wembley Stadium sold out in 9 minutes.

I think that Wrestlemania X9 could be done like WM 2 having two seperate events for both sides of the WWF.  So they could hold Flair's Wrestlemania in the UK and have it directly followed by Vince's Wrestlemania in the USA.  That sounds like a good idea to me.  The UK one will sell out no matter what.

I'm unsure whether they should go to the Georgia Dome, on one hand Atlanta was always WCW territory so some fans might be Anti-WWF, on the other hand Atlanta have never got a WWF event (have they?) so they might be a very hot crowd for Wrestlemania.

Another bitter Puro fan?  Pissed off that the Japanese Promotions have admitted that they are going to have to change their ways to get back fans... awwww poor Puro fans!

Dude, most puro fans want NJPW to change it's ways.  Almost no American puro fans like its new shoot style direction.  And it's not like NJPW is gonna start ripping off WWF.

I like that idea of having Vince's portion of Mania in one country and having Flair's in another. I always liked WM 2's concept although it gets criticized.

Me too but realize that you need two crews for everything if you are holding the show in two cities.  Announcers are a rare breed in the WWF lately, but I guess JR and the King could be live at one location and still call the matches at the other.

Also who gets the main event spot?  Flair or McMahon?

I was thinking about it some more and that WM 2 idea could work really well, think about it.  The crowd would be really hot in the one outside of the USA because they hardly ever get WWF shows.  And if it was somewhere like the Millenium Stadium then the WWF would make a lot of money from it.  Especially since then they'd get extra money for the show being on Pay-Per-View in the UK when we usually get it for free.

They could easily get different announcers, they're probably going for Michael Cole and that new guy from Rollerball on Smackdown and sticking with Ross and Lawler on Raw.  They could have the Coach and Sharmell Sulliven interviewing in one event and have Lillian Garcia interviewing at another.  They should definatly at least think about it.  I mean this way they could put on a 6 + hour show with the size of the roster they have, and the heat wouldn't die down (like it did at this years WM) as the event went on because the crowd would only have to sit through one 3 hour show.

Either way the WWF should think about taking next years Wrestlemania to a contry that doesn't usually get WWF events (UK, Australia, Japan, Europe) before going back the MSG for the big one (20).  And the WM 2 style show would be the best way to do it, in my opinion.

Oh and I know that puro fans want NJPW to change their ways.  But they are going to go more like the WWF, someone from NJPW said that the younger Japanese Wrestling fans like the WWF so they need to take a leaf out of the WWF's book.  Sorry, guys, but the WWF's style is much more marketable to casual fans.

I think they have to do it a dome for most revenue. They cant go back to arena till XX at MSG.

I think the St.Louis dome would be a great choice.

I still like the 2 different countries idea. It makes WM very unique. I wouldn't make the show 6 hours though. 2 hours for Flair's "version" and 2 hours for Vince's "version". Don't forget the crowd will be watching WM for 2 hours on a big screen. The main event spot goes to whoever's division has the #1 contender against the world champion. Remember the world champion is a floater. I would have two different sets of announcers. This should set a new trend with two different continents hosting WrestleMania. Imagine if this year the wwf had half in skydome and half in Tropicana Field? I would mostly go for different continents though to give that really different feel since ppv shows don't generally originate from different countries or continents. It adds to the annual spectacle aura of the event.
