E-License Go Around

Not that I would ever do this, but I was wondering if there is a way to get around E-Licensing games. Games like Out of the Park Baseball, Front Office Football or Tournament Dreams College Basketball. Anyone know how to crack these.

 

P.S. This is just for information sake for a school project I am working on. I would never, ever actually go about doing this, apart from possibly as part of the research for the project.
