Is it just me, or is the first "Kenny Rogers' Jackass" the single funniest skit that Mad TV ever did? I just watched it for the first time tonight (I got a CD with a bunch of Mitch Hedberg stand-up video files from a friend, and he put this and the second one on since there was plenty of room), and I will admit, I laughed so hard I fell out of my chair. This is coming from someone who hates the actual Jackass show. I'm sure everyone else will come in here and bash me for liking something involving Will Sasso, but I just had to admit my love for Kenny Rogers' Jackass.

Will Sasso is the only reason to watch Mad TV. I enjoy everything he has done on the show, as for the Kenny Rogers Jackass, I like the milk challange skit.

I saw it at a friend's house. Before watching the skit, I saw some Mad TV skits and dismissed the show as some SNL rip-off, but after watching both Kenny Rogers' Jackass skits, I took back everything. Kenny Roger's Jackass was one of the funniest things I've ever seen in my life. That skit was full of stupid humour, but for once, it was stupid humour that I enjoyed.

Will Sasso as Stone Cold Steve Austin is funny as hell along with the skits with Brett Hart.

A friend called me from work where he had the t.v. on and told me to turn it on. It's so damn funny, it makes you call people to watch it. Just the sheer idea of putting Kenny Rogers into that and making him a surly drunk is ingenius in and of itself, but Sasso's portrayal really makes it.

 

I'm a huge fan of Mitch Hedburg too. He has such a unique delivery and sense of humor.

Oh God. Kenny Roger's Jackass is one of the greatest things I have ever seen. The best part is that months after I've seen them, they still haven't gotten old. Yeah, it's stupid humor, but it's so over the top it goes full circle back to brilliant. And "Sack Race" always gets a fucking laugh. It's great shit right there.

My all time favorite Mad TV sketch is the Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer/Godfather Claymation special.

Yeah, the milk challenge was great, especially Will's line at the beginning, "I was raised on the dairy, BITCH!"

 

As for Sasso himself, I've just never found him funny outside of his Kenny Rogers stuff (I must acknoledge the "Kenny Rogers Home Improvement" skits, too). The only other stuff off of Mad TV ever were the first 4 or 5 Stuart skits. After that, it just got old and repetitive.

Will Sasso is God. Actually, he's not even on MadTV anymore. Kenny Rogers, Steve Austin, The Rock, Tony Soprano, "You are The Love of My Life" guy, Home Improvement dude, Steven Segal; Sasso was IMO, the MVP of Saturday Nights. That's right, better than Will Farrell. Although Sasso's Clinton was quite shitty. His selling of the Sharpshooter sucks too.

Have you seen him since he left the show? He's been doing Jaywalking-style segments for Leno, and he is HORRIBLE.
