Guest CED Ordonez Report post Posted February 22, 2003 HHH - "What I Wanna Do" The iron cross on this shirt is fairly ugly in my opinion and too many words on the back for my liking. Kane - "Freaks Kick Ass" If there's something I don't like more than too many words on the back, it's the big catchphrase on the front. I'm also biased against Kane shirts as they never seem to make one I enjoy. Stone Cold - "Bullet Proof" This could work for me if I didn't find the skull design atrocious looking. Big Poppa Pump - "Freakzilla" Of all things to get my best shirt of the week award, it's the Steiner shirt. Immediately improved by the lack of presence of Steiner's physique and it's a fairly simple design. Rather would have "Killa" than "Thrilla" though and the "Freakzilla" nickname rubs me the wrong way for some reason.
Guest Ram Report post Posted February 22, 2003 I like Steiner's shirt, but I'd be embarassed to wear it in front of wrestling fans. HHH's is alright, but I don't particularly like it. *shrug*
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted February 22, 2003 The HHH shirt is a play on the lyrics of HHH's Aggression song. "Im a do what I wanna do, when I do it.." (or something like that...) I find it odd that the WWE can remember that from 3 years ago..
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted February 22, 2003 Steiner is certainly the best. Austin's is something you could get away with wearing with friends. And Kane's can actually be acceptable public wearing if you have a jacket to cover the back.
Guest papacita Report post Posted February 22, 2003 I'd rather be shot than wear a Freakzilla shirt. They could've done SO much more with the Austin design.
Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted February 22, 2003 Can they make a shirt a wrestling fan wouldn't be embarassed to wear? The HHH isn't that bad, till you get to the back of it. Anyone who reads that has a right to laugh at you. And the Steiner shirt...the shirt that 8 people have been waiting for...nothing special. They need to just lay off the shirts till they can think up some decient ones.
Guest the pinjockey Report post Posted February 22, 2003 Everytime I hear Freakzilla I just think about Freakzilla.com with naked pictures of Catherine Duke.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted February 22, 2003 Can they make a shirt a wrestling fan wouldn't be embarassed to wear? Radicalz, "End Justifies the Means" Out of my five t shirts, the only one I can still get away with.
Guest eiker_ir Report post Posted February 22, 2003 Steiner's and HHH's are decent but the other ones suck hard what a crappy shirt for Austin...
Guest papacita Report post Posted February 22, 2003 Can they make a shirt a wrestling fan wouldn't be embarassed to wear? I've got two Tazz shirts that I wear regularly...and I still rock the "I'd Rather Be In Chyna" shirt when I'm in the mood.
Guest TheArchiteck Report post Posted February 22, 2003 My god Austin's shirt is horrible looking. It's looks REALLY cheap. Steiner's is the best outta that batch.
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted February 22, 2003 HHH - "What I Wanna Do" The iron cross on this shirt is fairly ugly in my opinion and too many words on the back for my liking. What the hell is the obsession with HHH and the iron cross? Doesn't he realize that's a military symbol of fascist Germany? (shakes his head) Can they make a shirt a wrestling fan wouldn't be embarassed to wear? I wear my Kaientai shirt all the time. Blue with a big red dot that says EVIL on it. Have never gotten any shit for it whatsoever, except the occasional moron when Goldfinger was out in theatres looking at me and thinking it had something to do with Dr Evil from Austin Powers. Makes it ironic when they call ya stupid for watching wrestling, doesn't it?
Guest Kotzenjunge Report post Posted February 22, 2003 What the hell is the obsession with HHH and the iron cross? Doesn't he realize that's a military symbol of fascist Germany? (shakes his head) We've had this discussion before, it is NOT a symbol of Fascists or Nazis.
Guest CED Ordonez Report post Posted February 22, 2003 The Kaientai shirt: the only WWF/E shirt I still own. The only people that have given me some flack are the people that think the "EVIL" phrase is aimed at the Japanese. I just like having the word "EVIL" on my chest, that's all. Guest teke184 Report post Posted February 22, 2003 I own an RVD shirt that I'll wear in public (black with a dragon and Asian symbols on the front and "That Dam Good" on the back) and have "You Suck" and "Get The F Out" shirts that I'll wear around the house. Guest Will Scarlet Report post Posted February 22, 2003 The only two shirts that I own that I wear regularly are my Kaientai one and my Al Snow "Got Head?" shirt, which usually is good for a few laughs.

Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted February 22, 2003 I've actually only had 2 wrestling shirts that I wear in public: nWo Wolfpac shirt (I got it for a christmas present along with tickets to Starcade 98, I also made the mistake of wearing the shirt to the PPV and almost got mugged leaving the MCI Center. Also wore it at a WCW Thunder Taping in Salisbury (Last WCW SHOW of the millenium..er 1999) and got on camera wearing it (the only time I've ever been on camera at a wrestling event and I've been to 3 Smackdown tapings, 2 Nitros and a Thunder taping). Austin 3:16 shirt (got one around late 97..I wear it a lot around the house lately. I've been wearing it around the house lately (I'm not sure about the idea of publicly displaying the fact that I liked a person/wrestler who beat his wife, but it seems that has gone from most people's memory...) Guest Austin3164life Report post Posted February 22, 2003 Steiner's shirt is the only one I would wear. Austin's shirt is way too cartoonish, and the design is very juvenile. Too much on Triple H's, as stated above, and Kane's shirt is just too wierd.
Guest The Tino Standard Report post Posted February 22, 2003 Tho the design is horrible, the message on the Austin shirt is spot-on. The guy IS bulletproof. He walked out on the company once and got a reprieve. Still not happy with things, he walks out again, leaving the company completely screwed just hours before a live TV show, and after a few months, has said company wanting him to come back. If just about anybody else pulls that stuff, they're out on their ass. Austin? Oh no no... see, he gets a much-anticipated PPV comeback and a new shirt. Guest El Satanico Report post Posted February 22, 2003 Hey where did those actual good shirts come from? Are they official WWE products or just some site that sells shirts with vintage style iron ons? I'd wear all the vintage style shirts.

After the way they treated him, they're lucky he wants to come back. A frigging midcard no one cares match at Wrestlemania almost immediately followed by a Big Show feud. Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted February 22, 2003 I don't know what's sad. That the vintage shirts or there, or they're currently being reprinted with a "WWE Classics" logo. Who'd be interested in reprints from 20 years ago? Well, I guess WCW Fans would.
