Guest The Hollywood Fashion Plate Posted February 26, 2003 Report Posted February 26, 2003 I see that most tapes were released in non-PPV months or just before a PPV. Is it safe to assume, then, that for the most part these tapes were intended to take the place of real PPV events in those months? After all, they contain exclusive matches and segments as well as big main events you couldn't have seen anywhere else.
