Guest The Camel Report post Posted February 23, 2003 Christopher Walken is the guest host, that's gold in and of itself just for "The Continental." But, Will Ferrell and Britney Spears as farming lovers, Steve Martin making a "cameo" (you just should have seen it, unbelievable), and JIM CAREY, YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on stage with the Foo Fighters during the second performance, for about 10 seconds, and I am just now calming convulsions of joy. First funny SNL in a very, very long time...

Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted February 23, 2003 Does Dave Grohl normally have his lips all over the mic when singing? Good Jeebus.

Guest The Camel Report post Posted February 23, 2003 Does Dave Grohl normally have his lips all over the mic when singing? Good Jeebus. Yeah, I saw that too. He had his upper lip sitting on the mic while singing, which seems like it would putt a lot of static/noise into it from the rubbing. On another note, the "Colonel Angus" sketch was gut wrenchingly funny. Just say it over and over to youself with a southern, Gone With The Windesqe accent.
