Guest NaturalBornThriller4:20 Posted February 23, 2003 Report Posted February 23, 2003 Sometimes I look at my Computer and I feel like it's old. Programs that haven't been updated in months, etc.... Is there anything I can do to update everything ? I'm looking to update my AIM, Windows Media Player, EVERYTHING!
Guest Downhome Posted February 23, 2003 Report Posted February 23, 2003 Perhaps it isn't your computer getting older, but rather, YOU getting younger!!!!!!!
Guest El Satanico Posted February 23, 2003 Report Posted February 23, 2003 Other than doing it program by program i don't know.
Guest T®ITEC Posted February 23, 2003 Report Posted February 23, 2003 You could go to the Windows website and start from there, perhaps.
Guest Eagan469 Posted February 23, 2003 Report Posted February 23, 2003 Windowsupdate.com - go there, let it scan your computer, download everything CNET used to have a service called "Catchup" that scanned all of your non-Microsoft programs for updates, but it was discontinued for whatever reason Fileforum.com is a GREAT place to look for updates for programs.
Guest DrTom Posted February 23, 2003 Report Posted February 23, 2003 There also used to be a commercially available program called "Oil Change" that inventoried all your non-OS software and periodically looked for updates. It might still be available.
