Am i blind or were angle's tights really black?

Unless my friend's TV picture is fucked up or I'm color blind or both I could have sworn that Angle was sporting navy blue and not black. SK went into a long-winded and very strange diatribe about the Superfriends and alternate universes and what not to explain the coolness of Angle wearing black in his Rant on Mania.  I think he was wrong, but did enjoy the rant.

Really, maybe the picture through my friend's black box screws up the picture.
