I've been able to piece together most of it into a VCD off of Kazaa, but I'd like the real deal if one exists. Also, were any songs played there that were not on the album? The reason I ask is because at the end of Lake of Fire, after the song is over and the audience is applauding, you can hear Dave in the background playing a drum beat from Scentless Apprentice.
