Guest chirs3 Report post Posted March 19, 2002 --> Good lord, that ovation for Hogan was unreal. --> Heh. Rocky sucks chants. Awesome. --> Wow, that whole NWO Rebuttal and re-rebuttal was a bit longwinded. That ate up what, 20 minutes? Meh. --> Christian/RVD was standard Raw fodder, but DDP's smile as he tossed Christian back in made it all worthwhile. --> That security guard... was... not sure how to say it... AN IDIOT. Good thing Jericho kicked his ass, and in a painful looking manner no less. --> "This is an exciting new venture for the WWF." You could see the fire in her eyes. Wow. --> There were other matches? Oh right, yea. I remember those. Something with Lita maybe? --> Steph loses, gone from WWF? Please... dear... God... let it be so! --> If the WWF was willing to make Vince McMahon the winner of the Royal Rumble, then there's a chance, however small, that Steph gets the duke on Raw... *shudders violently* --> Rock/Hogan vs Hall/Nash... take your pick. A. Sloppy B. Really Sloppy C. Really fucking sloppy. D. No, seriously dude, it was fucking sloppy. E. Oink. Your Randumb thoughts?
Guest Zero_Cool Report post Posted March 19, 2002 Hey, you Carnies..always witty. The tag match was...sloppy. The Lita/Trish was fairly brutal. I was changing the channel I was cringing so bad. Brock Lesnar is my new my favo(u)rite wrestler. Just the Triple Powerbomb thing in itself...and oh yeah, Paul F'n Heyman is his manager. Stephanie McMahon will win the Title next week...in completely unrelated news, a dagger will be thrown at, and into, Vince McMahon's front door in Connecticut. Meh... Guest Edwin MacPhisto Report post Posted March 19, 2002 Wow. I haven't watched WWF product in a month, at least, but now if Lesnar's on I'm kinda interested. Finally, another homegrown talent coming up. The last one was Angle, and look how that turned out. Me gusta. And if the roster split goes well, I'll be interested, since more guys may actually get ring time. Of course, the WWF hasn't exactly been building killer stories lately anyway--what, 2, maybe 3 of the Mania matches had a decent build--but maybe the split and the "competition" will get us something better than fights over shampoo and abusing pets. Mwa, SWF post o' doom. The introduction of Lesnar'll also give us more spots to steal. How much you want to bet that someone pulls out a triple-powerbomb on the next Storm? Guest Zero_Cool Report post Posted March 19, 2002 Of course, we have to get the show posted... and yeah, I suspect old Thuggy to pull something like that out.
Guest BA_Baracus Report post Posted March 19, 2002 Well...because Outcast decided not to mark, no show until tomorrow. Read my profanity filled post on the SWF board to get caught up. Best Raw in terms of storylines in a looong time. Lesnar kicked ass, but the possibility of no more Steph (at least for a little while), Stacy going through the table and the Rock/Hogan stuff kicked BUTT too... Guest AlwaysPissedOff Report post Posted March 19, 2002 Stephanie McMahon will win the Title next week...in completely unrelated news, a dagger will be thrown at, and into, Vince McMahon's front door in Connecticut. Meh... Why settle for Vince's door? Just throw it at Steph herself. Of course, the combined force of the McMammaries would probably bounce the damned dagger right back at you, which would suck ass... Guest gangsteruwa Report post Posted March 19, 2002 For a majority of last nights RAW I was happy and marking out like a little bitch. The only parts that I didn't like were the last 15 or 25 minutes. This consisted of the long assed boring as ####, Triple H/Stephanie skit and the boring as ####, "count out of doom," a run-in would have helped. Mostly everything else made me very happy. And for Christ-sake let HHH pin Stephanie and get her stupid ass off of television. I can't believe a match involving Maven spawned so much happiness in me. I am beginning to believe that the WWF actually listens to the fans and comes on the message boards, because they delivered a good show, story line wise, last night. I could have done with a few more matches, which would have hopefully cut the HHH promo down to 10 minutes or less. Other than that it was one of the better shows in a while. Hopefully with the split, wait its an "expansion", will be more wrestling on Mondays.
