Free webpage hosts?

Due to some uncontrollable circumstances, I might be forced to move back into my families house until a new place is discovered. And am leery of them needing to use my PC and discovering my mini-collection of non-mainstream mpegs and jpegs (as in adult entertainment).

Can anyone help provide a way to create a webpage by one of those web-hosting companies that will allow me to keep things saved there rather on my hard drive? Or is this not possible, and I'm just exposing how non-technical I am?

Obviously I know that deleting the porn is always an option, but there are some old friends on that drive, and I'd hate to lose them after so many good times.

Most free webhosts aren't going to give you enough space to save things like mpegs since their file size is so big. I was just trying to find a place to store some mp3s. 17 of them. I had to use the webspace that comes with my ISP, had to get an account on Tripod and another one on Fortunecity. And just 17 mp3s took up every bit of that. Mpegs would be worse. Of course after I got all those songs uploaded I found out that Fortunecity doesn't allow MP3s, so I can't even access them. Most of the sites are like that. You can't upload things like mpegs or avis or mp3s because they don't want people storing warez or copyrighted material on their servers.

Just burn your files to a CD. And make sure you keep it under lock and key so no one gets any suprises if they find a mystery CD by the computer.

He has a good plan there, another thing to do is to multi folder it with a bunch of folders there. If anyone sees a disk with a bunch of folders(IE: AIM) and then deep in the extra stuff of one of the names, stuff it there. That could work.

If you want a site, you are going to have to pay for it. Nobody is going to go to the trouble of giving free space with illegal shit there.

Can't you just put it in a hidden folder?

Isn't there a way to password protect a folder?

Hide the files in some folder. Make a weird name for it....like make it........System23, or something. I doubt that someone would look in a folder like that.......
