Guest BRUCE Posted February 28, 2003 Report Posted February 28, 2003 I finally talked to The Dames and he sugggested that I just start another thread about this instead of re-opening the other one. Well, here is a link... T-Shirt Hell Now, what do you find offensive, if anything? It doesn't have to be about one of the shirts, just anything that offends you.
Guest El Satanico Posted February 28, 2003 Report Posted February 28, 2003 There's absolutely nothing that will offend me.
Guest BRUCE Posted February 28, 2003 Report Posted February 28, 2003 I would think that more people would share that feeling, but evendently they don't.
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted February 28, 2003 Report Posted February 28, 2003 I laughed at the Hanson one...
Guest hardyz1 Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 I love the one about stopping rape. I like pretty much all the shirts there, but I wouldn't want to wear most of them in public.
Guest Silence Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 If you buy and wear something that you know will offend someone, you should be beaten until you no longer will to do something like that again.
Guest razazteca Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 alot of the stuff is offensive Anthrax and kill the president are tasteless. in some the sarcasm is laughable not handicapped just lazy considering that the sizes come in 3XL and 4XL I guess having fat bastard shut-ins buying the crap will hurt noone
Guest SP-1 Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 If you buy and wear something that you know will offend someone, you should be beaten until you no longer will to do something like that again. While a bit tough, this is the stance I find myself closest to.
Guest Sandman9000 Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 There are some I'd wear easily (I bring nothing to the table, mean people succeed, suicide bomber) but others I wouldn't. And I got a friend who most likely will buy the I Still hate George Bush shirt in a heartbeat.
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 One time I was at one of my go nowhere jobs and this guy came in with a shirt that said "Jesus is a C*nt!" I'm not a religious person by any means, but I politely asked him why he held Jesus in such low esteem. He couldn't come up with a comprehensive answer and left...
Guest saturnmark4life Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 This is one of my favourite sites ever. I think me and my friends are gonna buy quite a few, cos then the shipping will come down. I think 'what about all the GOOD things Hitler did?' is a good one, and I'd wear it, some of them I wouldn't though.
Guest LooseCannon Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 If you buy and wear something that you know will offend someone, you should be beaten until you no longer will to do something like that again. Anyone who gets offended over a friggin t-shirt or believes that someone should be beaten over one, should be brainwashed so that they think more like me.
Guest Ragin' Redneck Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 Some of those are funny as hell! I would wear a few myself. Fuck what people think. That's one of the things wrong with this world today.
Guest SP-1 Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 Yes. Having respect for others has no place in society.
Guest DrTom Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 I don't think you can live your life by what other people may think, but you also can't go around looking for people to piss off. It's entirely your own fault if you're wearing an "I Hate Niggers" shirt and some black fellow punches you in your fool fucking face. Ditto any blatantly offensive material and the people it is designed to offend. It's one thing when people go out and look for things to offend them; it's quite another when you parade something around in front of them.
Guest LooseCannon Posted March 5, 2003 Report Posted March 5, 2003 Tom, I see your point. But I'm not going to take a tolerant attitude towards physical violence just because a t-shirt hurt someone's feelings. I don't care how offensive it is.

The only shirt that I saw referring to black people said "I Love Niggers". Now what black guy wouldn't find that funny!
Guest Mik at Cornell Posted March 6, 2003 Report Posted March 6, 2003 I like the one that says I used to listen to N'Sync when they were underground
Guest DrTom Posted March 6, 2003 Report Posted March 6, 2003 The only shirt that I saw referring to black people said "I Love Niggers". Now what black guy wouldn't find that funny! Why don't you wear one into the projects and find out?
Guest treble charged Posted March 6, 2003 Report Posted March 6, 2003 I think if it said 'I Love Niggas', everyone would be ok with it.

But I'm not going to take a tolerant attitude towards physical violence just because a t-shirt hurt someone's feelings. I don't care how offensive it is. I know, and I'm really not trying to excuse violence because of a T-Shirt that offends a select group of people. But it seems people think that no one will be offended by the things some of these shirts say. The reality is that the wrong person might be offended by it and take his frustrations out on your ass. It's not right, but it shouldn't exactly be surprising.
Guest El Satanico Posted March 6, 2003 Report Posted March 6, 2003 I considered buying a t-shirt with Angry Black Man on it. Also considered a White Devil shirts. Well ok maybe it's only me that finds a white guy wearing an angry black man shirt humorous. Oh yeah and i liked the shirt with Princess Di and the words Dead Whore on the front. Also the classic Ron Jeremy Does It Deeper shirt. Of course none of those are on Tshirt hell, but rather rottencotton.com the place for offensive shirts that also look good. They also have great horror movie tshirts. Fuck the people who get easily offended...they're why I'd wear an offensive shirt.
