If people are willing to share, I would like to hear the rationale behind some of the voting thus far. You don't have to say who you voted for, but maybe talk about why each person belongs or doesn't in the Hall of Fame. I'd like to see some dialogue, mostly to inform those who didn't directly observe these people.

Hey I hear that Pimp Daddy Sarp guy was pretty good back in his day. Sigh you yunguns have no respect for your elders or their elderly Kickass Sunglasses. With the exception of NTD, I was the first triple crown winner (World, ICTV, Tag Team). Plus my fued with Rane is legendary... the only thing which caused me to quit was the fact that I just didn't have time otherwise my World Title reign would have been mighty impressive...trust me. Maybe next year, eh? Until then...

I've been around here for a while, and I've seen most of the people on the ballot wrestle, so they aren't exactly before my time.

 

These are people that we idolize, people that we strive to write like. Writers that we steal old jokes and wrestling combinations from in hopes of getting nothing more than brownie points from. Those who's names we drop in our matches, hoping to get recognition from them.

 

They are the forefathers of our little island of the internet. Sure, they weren't around since the beginning, but they are who's names we mention when we think of greatness. How can we honestly pick one of them over another?

 

I would feel bad about myself, picking one over the other. They all deserve it, I cant find a reason to vote for anyone on the ballot.

 

Which is why I'm writing in The Elk.

I voted, based on what I've seen of the workers in question. Consequently, my votes were probably skewed.

 

I'll be honest. I voted for the writer more than the character. The character's ability to engage me was important, but even if you never won a major title, you...

I know the Hall of Fame has only let in retarded bitches so far, and Sacred, but the very fact that Hville Thugg got in there before me just pisses me off.

 

And for that matter, the fact that Cyclone Comet and I weren't inducted at the same time also irks me.

Eh...you're probably right, about the World Title shot. I hate the f**kin' ICTV belt. Nothing but bad memories... "Raped" a woman. Broke a guy's leg without his permission. Had a stable of players form just to stop me...well...heh...the last part was kinda' cool.
