Rumor I heard on local Radio Station

According to a radio station that I listen to where I live, Guns N' Roses is finally releasing "Chinise Democracy." The release date is July 1. They also supposedly played a single from the album, but I missed it. Can anyone confirm this for me?

How come everybody says this now? Axl acts NO different today then he did back in the day. For some reason, it seems that because the people standing around him are different that makes him an ass. He was always an ass, that's why he's cool. But back then people just called it being "dangerous" and "rock and roll". Hell, who wants to go see a nice Guns and Roses if there's not a chance of a riot? I'd rather see an angry asshole.
