Guest Ace309 Report post Posted March 19, 2002 Doesn't it seem a little backwards for Flair to control RAW and McMahon to control SmackDown? I assumed that Flair would control Workrate WWF and McMahon would control Entertainment WWF, and that EWWF would stay on TNN and WWWF would end up on UPN. TNN seems a lot more lax about language, Lita's thongs, blood, etc., whereas UPN seems more suited to a wrestling-oriented show. Just a thought. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

When you have a bunch of dumb skits and gimmicky crap, it can take more time to get it all right. Whereas a straight wrestling show can be done live, with the only problem being missed spots. UPN isn't in every market yet, while TNN is carried by just about every cable system by now. I know that if *I* still had cable, I could only watch RAW because my college town doesn't have UPN.
