Guest Mad Dog Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 So do you think that Trip's lap dog will get in trouble over 3 of the 4 participants getting hurt in a match that was due to him no showing? This has pretty much crippled Raw and any hopes of a tag division. Or will he get out of it since he's Trip's lap dog?
Guest El Satanico Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 We don't even know the whole story. All we know is that Regal wasn't able to work the match. Stop assuming As far as we know it could've been an WWe approved absense. After all it's being reported that Regal has a stomach virus and that could've easily made him unable to work the match.
Guest Mad Dog Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 I had heard that he no showed. I'm not saying he should get in trouble but Im wondering if he will or won't based on who he's friends with.
Guest Anglesault Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 We're going through a crisis and this is what you care about?
Guest teke184 Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 According to several sources, Regal was off the road this weekend due to a stomach virus and the aftereffects of the concussion Kane gave him at No Way Out.
Guest Anglesault Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 Stupid Kane. WHY CAN'T HE BE OUT FOR A YEAR?
Guest bob_barron Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 Regal has a concussion, is battling severe insomnia and a stomach virus. He didn't no-show either- I'm sure he got an okay from the company. AS- Shut up about Angle's injury. There's like 3 threads you can piss and moan about it.
Guest Steviekick Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 If anyone here wonders about the problems with wrestling with a stomach virus, there's a story the Undertaker told in an interview about wresting Sid around WM13. Sid was suffering from stomach flu, and when powerslammed, he seems to have shat himself. This was disgusting, and Taker told the ref and they ended the match. Stomach viruses are no laughing matter.
Guest Nevermortal Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 If Regal crapped his pants on TV, I would laugh uncontrollably for 4.5 years.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Guest Choken One Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 Well, I never heard that Story but that EXPLAINS alot about that match...
Guest Lil Naitch Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 I wish we could blame Regal, but if you have a stomach virus and a concussion, I can forgive that.
Guest bob_barron Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 Well, I never heard that Story but that EXPLAINS alot about that match... It didn't happen at Mania 13- it happened around then
Guest Choken One Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 Like I said...That explains ANY Sid matches...
Guest creativename Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 Yup, that's a very famous story. I've never seen it actually verified, but most people do believe it's true. There's also the story the one about Andre shitting all over Bad News Brown in Mexico in the 80's--this one was confirmed by BNB himself.
Guest TheGame2705 Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 So....I'm lost. Why would Regal be in trouble?
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 Stomach viruses are no laughing matter. The day Hennig died people were saying he had severe stomach pains that morning. I wouldn't laugh too much. and No, Regal shouldn't be blamed. Blame those Damn Dudleys.

True story, I don't believe it's the correct match. I think it was their June 97 non-title bout on Raw.
cawthon777 Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 According to several sources, Regal was off the road this weekend due to a stomach virus and the aftereffects of the concussion Kane gave him at No Way Out. I just downloaded this bout the other day (didn't see the PPV). Kane needs to learn how to do a body slam. YOU DON'T DROP THE GUY ON HIS HEAD! Regal was all fucked up for the rest of the match.
Guest humongous2002 Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 They should've made that no- talent Regal wear adult diapers.
cawthon777 Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 They should've made that no- talent Regal wear adult diapers. Them be fighting words 'round these here parts...
Guest saturnmark4life Posted March 4, 2003 Report Posted March 4, 2003 Oh yeah, I won't hear a bad word said about that slow, lazy, coma-inducing cocksucking idiot William Regal. I vaguely remember his stint as an actual wrestler, at one time.
