The Clash had stuff to sing about, rancid are more of a fun band and when they try to write anything deep it's pretty cringworthy.
Guest ZGangsta Posted March 9, 2003 Report Posted March 9, 2003 Funny I really like Misty Mountain Hop, but I could do without Four Sticks Same with Living Loving Maid on LZ II I agree, I love Misty Mountain Hop, I think it fits the album well. People are right when they say it doesn't follow Stairway well, but as someone said, it's not meant to follow Stairway. I also agreee about Four Sticks, that song does NOTHING for me. However, Living Loving Maid is awesome in my books, great guitar riff, and it just follows Heartbreaker so well.
