Highspots customer service SUCKS ASS

I had an issue with a tape and they were very rude & disrespectful about the situation. They need to take some basic customer service classes. I did alot of business with them in the past and their products are ok for the most part but they did not take care of my problem when it mattered and they still owe me money!

Really? I've dealt with Highspots on a couple of occasions, and had no problems. Fairly cheap tapes, not perfect but decent quality, REAL fast shipping. And when one tape was defective, they replaced it quick & easy for me.

I've dealt with Grits on more than one occasion and he hasn't screwed me. TPWW musta done something to him, he's fine OriginalOrange, don't listen to just one guy. I have guys who could back me up on this, but he's running a bulk right now so thats why he didnt answer you.

Figure Four I assure you, Mean scammed me. I musta done something to him? Yeah, I sent him money and got nothing in return. To which he said he didnt feel like making my tapes and maybe one day he would send them to me.
