Guest jester Report post Posted March 6, 2003 Ok, how about this: Steiner comes out on Raw and insists he can beat HHH, and demands one more shot. Bischoff tells him that he can't just keep giving him title shots, but will relent under one condition. If Steiner loses, he must join HHH's group, De-Evolution, or whatever it's called. In order to disguise the fact that both guys suck, the match is a streetfight or similar gimmick match to hide their limitations. Through various shenanigans, HHH goes over one more time, and Steiner joins the whhhores. At first he isn't happy, but gradually accepts it, moving into a full heel turn. So, HHH goes on to face Booker at WM. Booker cuts promos saying he ain't afraid of the whhhores, since he easily beat Steiner, something HHH hasn't done. Despite a Raw-before-Mania beatdown from Flair, HHH, Steiner, Booker goes into Mania and fights off both massive Steiner and Flair interference, gets up from a pedigree, and beats HHH clean. In the center of the ring. With a slow five count. In the rematch, Booker again fights off massive interference, shaves HHH's head, slaps Steiner around like a bitch and sodomizes Flair, just to establish without doubt that Booker has defeated HHH and is a top dog on Raw. Then, we put HHH and Steiner in the tag division, where they go after the belts. They can feud with the Dudleys, since HHH can say they injured Batista and Orton. If Bubba isn't healthy enough to compete, substitute Spike. Advantages of this scenario: -two injury-plagued workers are less likely to be exposed in a tag match -easier to distract the audience from the suckiness of a match by having the Dudleys put someone through a table -it would get HHH out of the world title scene, which he has been clogging up like fat in an artery for months now -gets something new happening in the tag division -HHH gets something resembling a stable back and a new person to verbally fellate him (Steiner) -working together, Steiner and HHH can share roids. Disadvantages: -HHH probably thinks the tag division and belts are beneath him and will not cooperate -tag matches may not be enough to disguise the fact that both guys suck -HHH may be too injured to wrestle still -who does Booker face after he's done with HHH? -tag belts are currently on heel champions, and they're aren't enough face teams What do you guys think? Guest Goodear Report post Posted March 6, 2003 Yes, well the tag belts are beneath Triple H at this point... as they are beneath Austin and The Rock as well. Most likely post-Mania, they'll put Triple H against Austin and move Booker back to working with Jericho or maybe The Rock. Who has the world title belt at that point is a toss up in my opinion. Guest Redhawk Report post Posted March 6, 2003 That would never happen for the mere fact that -- as much as you might hate him -- HHH is one of the most popular stars on RAW. So moving him to the tag division, while it would elevate the tag belts, just would not happen. Look at RAW right now, and who are your main eventers or potential main eventers? Booker T, RVD, HBK, Kane and Steiner (for now) are the babyfaces, while Jericho, HHH, and who else are heels? Jericho is already carrying like two or three feuds, so taking a solid top heel out of the equation doesn't work unless you turn Steiner or Kane heel (and likely both). Also, how old is Booker T?
