It turns out that my 'snack' decisions which lead to picking Spam and Pork Skins over Pork Skins and BBQ Cornnuts didn't turn out well. I could have had the Spam and Cornnuts.

 

I finished the Spam within 24 hours. Tasty stuff, pressed into a can.

 

The Pork Skins SUCK. They have no good taste. They leave a crappy taste that Spam couldn't remove easily. Not to mention the thought of where it came from.

 

So, how can I use the pork skins and make them not taste so bad?

 

maybe some sort of soup..

 

or a chili.

 

I don't just want to throw it out or anything like that.

 

Any ideas?

I use vinegar and sometimes a little bit of chili for my pork skins.
