Damn, these things are addictive. I killed off a box of thin mints today, didn't even notice it.

Adam did a great rant on Loveline a week or two ago about "these little bitches pimping their cookies on us" (in his own words)...wish I remembered it word for word.

Favorite kind?

The mint ones. They were handing them out as you left the arena after Raw a few weeks ago. Finished it off pretty quickly.

Samoas, which is only behind Chewy Chips Ahoy on my overall "Best Cookie Of All Time" list.

Thin mints, bar none.

Bought 2 boxes from my friends daughter, finished 'em off in a day and a half. And I've still got a few boxes at home from my mom's order.

I don't like the mint kind, which is a fucking shame, because I swear to GOD it's all they sell around here. My sister has been working with the GG's recently, so she's always got like, a fucking case of cookies in her room, BUT THEY'RE ALL FUCKING MINTS!!! AAAAGGHHHHH!!!

I would kill every single one of you for an entire box of the white cookies. You know the boxes that come with like, half black cookies, half white cookies? With cream?

I hate the black ones, but the white ones give me stiffies. I want some now, actually. But I can't get any.

DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL.

Those thin mints suck, make me wanna vomit.

The chocolate and white cream cookies though are sooo awesome. They only sell the damn mint ones here nowadays, BS I TELL YA, BS!

I love the lemon pastry cremes, thin mints, caramel delights, and peanut butter sandwich cookies. My mom bought s SHITLOAD of all those kinds, but I've been limiting myself to maybe 1 or 2 cookies a day since I've been eating healthy. However, that all went out the window last night. I got high for the first time in about a month and got the munchies. I got myself a bowl of chocolate ice cream, and I crunched up some thin mints and Oreos into the bowl for a tasty mixture. I feel sick as hell today, though...

See now, I hate the Girl Scouts for consistently selling their cookies for more money and putting fewer and fewer cookies in the box. Id rather make my own thin mints year round (way cheaper too) if they start putting any fewer # of cookies in the box.

God it's been so long since I've had GS Cookies. But all I remember are those mint ones and an oatmeal raisin flavor that I never ate because it always crumbled whenever I dunked it.

What are some other flavors? I'm assuming choc. chip is one...

Thin Mints, without question. Although those mixed boxes that have like half vanilla w/vanilla filling, and half chocolate w/chocolate aren't without their charm.

This year, I purchased some Tagalongs (chocolate and PB cookies) since I love PB. However, I leave them in my drawer at work for a day or two and they were all melty. Damn! Shoulda stuck with the thin mints!

This is supposed to be the recipe to those delightful thin mints, for those of you/us that want to make them at home.

Sounds about right. Please note than this recipe will yield around 108 cookies. "That's a lot of cookies!"

EDIT: Actually, this might be an easier/more accurate recipe.
