Stupid question about the split

So far, the Flair/McMahon storyline split seems to only be a RAW/Smackdown split.  Does anyone know how the company split storyline will affect Sunday Night Heat and Metal/Jakked? Or will it affect them at all?

I'd guess that as Metal is taped immedeatly before Raw, that the two shows would both be in the Flair stable.

Similarly, Heat and Smackdown being filmed together would mean they'd both be McMahon shows with Excess perhaps being a recap show for both mini-feds.
