What scared you as a kid?

Ghosts. When I was laying in bed at night, I always thought that if I opened my eyes, I would see a ghost staring at me.

 

That's really the only thing I was afraid of as a kid though. Nothing else scared me much.

After I'd watch a show like Unsolved Mysteries, I'd always be afraid that one of the murderers who was on the loose would pop up behind me while I was brushing my teeth and would see him in the mirror. I also always thought that something would come through my walls at kill me while I was sleeping.

 

Also, after I sat on a wasp when I was 4 or 5, I became deathly afraid of bees, wasps, hornets, or anything else that can sting. I still am afraid of them to a degree today.
