If anyone here follows Men's College Basketball, and is interested, I've created a group on ESPN.com to do a Tournament Pool. You know, where you fill out your brackets as you think they will play out over the next 3 weeks, and who picks the most correctly, or something like that. Test your knowledge of NCAA basketball, or just see if you can win by picking the schools that sound the coolest. Just join and have some fun or I will wreck your shit.

Well, I was right there to get stomped in the football league, and I am excited about the opportunity to tarnish my image as someone who knows something about baseball in that league, but I think I might have to sit this one out. Mostly because I know next to nothing about college hoops and would basically structure my bracket to make sure Dayton can beat both Cincinnati and Xavier at some point on their way to the Championship.

 

So... I think I'll "ride the pine" on this one.

Graduated from Pitt in 2001 with B.A.'s in film and fiction writing. Great school, great city. I want to move back sometime soon. And the football team should be top 25 this year too.

Agreed, they took (at the time) #1 Miami to their limits for sure. They were highly underrated this year.

I'm shocked and appalled BC missed out. I thought they had at least a 12 seed locked up for sure...

Actually, there appears to be a problem with ESPN's entry system. I've tried entering my bracket about 10 times over the last 20 minutes, and it won't go through. It just keeps returning with my previous (thrown together) bracket. I hope they fix this soon...cause I got a kick ass bracket.

Hey, I thought Memphis and Weber St. were sure wins as well. I also thought sorry ass Notre Dame would fall, and I'm such a moron about Creighton and Dayton. I wavered back and forth about those games everyday since the brackets came out, and it came down to me just choosing cause I was out of time, and I just went with the higher seeds...and well, it came back to bight me. I feel better today as well...but I'm still not happy.

My ENTIRE EAST BRACKET is now gone, as well as one of my finalists. The losing finalist but still, that really, really screws me over. God damn Louisville...

 

Edit: also, since Louisville was facing Stanford in the Final four, I have to hope Kentucky and Duke don't get upset along the way.... bleh
