Guest poopsicle316 Report post Posted March 20, 2002 The bad news is that Scoot Andrews is out injured for 4-6 weeks (with a broken fibia) and obviously won't be able to make his match with Xavier on 3/30. The good news is that his replacement is LITTLE GUIDO MARITOTO!!!! The FBI is back in Philly, WOOOOO!!!!
Guest yoshihiromwt Report post Posted March 20, 2002 Well, if Larry Goodman's sources are right (Goodman's the guy who writes the NWA Wildside live event reports for the Observer site & 1Bob), and Wildside has entered an agreement with RF, we could see Guido's old partner, Tony Mamaluke, in ROH with his new partner, Jeremy Lopez, soon. Guest poopsicle316 Report post Posted March 20, 2002 Yeah, I also read something about a partnership with NWAWS and Zero-One (!!). Hopefully it won't fall through. ####, I didn't know Mamaluke was in NWA. I really have to start watching the sydicated show (esp. now that Styles is back). Guest yoshihiromwt Report post Posted March 21, 2002 Tony has been feuding with "Mikey Whipwreck 2K2" Jimmy Rave, and they are working an "I Quit" match at Hardcore #### this Saturday night, which may suck because they work more of a defensive style, and an "I Quit" match requires a lot of offense. Guest J*ingus Report post Posted March 21, 2002 Supposedly, ROH and Wildside have worked out a talent trade deal. AJ Styles is supposed to be headed north, and the Briscoes and the SATs (sans Red, unfortunately) are goin' south.
Guest yoshihiromwt Report post Posted March 21, 2002 The "supposed" deal is now official, because I e-mailed Gabe from RF Video, and he said it was official, and BB hyped The Briscoe Brothers' debut in Wildside on 4/5 in the Wildside E-Mail Newsletter. Unfortunately, I think that the Maximos were pulled from the 4/5 show, as Behrens would have included something about them along with the Briscoes for the 4/5 taping. (P.S.: For the Wildside fans: Steven Prazak hyped on the Wildside message board that the NCW Arena has gotten some much-needed renovations, and they will debut at the Hardcore H.e.l.l. (darn filters) show on Friday. They have supposedly also worked on the lighting, which is a very much needed improvement.)
Guest Report post Posted March 21, 2002 Anyone know the length of The Briscoes stay in Wildside ? Jay is supposedly booked on the 4/13 CZW show in Philly. Ring of Honor has turned into a major player in the Northeast pretty quickly. Russell
Guest yoshihiromwt Report post Posted March 22, 2002 Briscoes are coming in for one night only.
