Guest My Eyebrow is on fire Posted March 18, 2003 Report Posted March 18, 2003 man i remember when i was like 13 years old - going to my grandma's house on friday nights so my mom could fornicate in peace for the weekends - and grandma would treat us to pizza. I ALWAYS WANTED LITTLE CAESAR'S BECAUSE IT WAS SO GOD DAMNED GOOD!!! I mean, it wasn't even a contest. For like 8 cents, you could get 2 pizzas, a 2-liter of corn syrup, and garlic bread or whatever...the pizza was so fucking good it was ABSURD. I would watch the flyers or whatever sports were on friday nights, have the best pizza on earth - it would always be fun to stay at grandma's. I didn't even give a fuck about having a social life because THE PIZZA WAS SO FUCKING GOOD. IF I HAD ANY SENSE, ANY INTELLIGENCE AT ALL I WOULD I HAVE TAKEN A GUN AND BLOWN MYSELF AWAY!! THAT IS HOW GOOD THE PIZZA WAS...I SHOULD HAVE FUCKING KILLED MYSELF AND BURNED IN HELL FOREVER....SHOTGUN BUCKSHUT THROUGH MY WORTHLESS SKULL AND ERASED MY LIFE FOREVER IN A BLOODBATH...MURDERING MYSELF IN SHEER JOY AT THAT PIZZA. It was on the TV, like every commercial break has Pizza Pizza commercials...there were like 3 Little Caesar's locations in a locality - and the resturants were PACKED...business was booming. Now it appears as if they went out of business, or only sell some fraud BASTARD pizza at kmart. Whatever happened to little caesar's? Anyone have the scoop?

Little Caesar's is based here in Michigan though, what with Illitch owning the Wings and the Tigers and all, so they haven't gone anywhere.

I live in Colorado, and I remember some years back there was this story in the business section of the paper about how Little Caesar's was going to close down to remodel some locations, and permanently shut the doors of others. Something like a half year later, I was craving LC's, but I come to find out that there aren't even any around. And to this day, I don't think any re-opened (in Denver, at least).

The Illitch's own the Detroit Red Wings and Little Caesars, and now have none in Denver, home of the Colorado Avalanche. Coincidence?

I live in Colorado, and I remember some years back there was this story in the business section of the paper about how Little Caesar's was going to close down to remodel some locations, and permanently shut the doors of others. Something like a half year later, I was craving LC's, but I come to find out that there aren't even any around. It's very hard to believe. Little Caesar's was on every single NHL hockey game advertised around here, I used to go to the place to pick up the pizza and it would be a line TOTALLY OUT OF THE STORE - everyone ate there, that was 1992-93... business was absolutely booming - as a matter of fact when us kids used to play hockey after school sometimes we'd have ENTIRE conversations based around how little caesar's was the best pizza you could eat. The president of little caesar's must have pissed all his money away on mute thai prostitute minors and then had to use his cash to pay off the families - because I don't know how he could have blown all that cash - he had a GREAT thing going.

The square pizza was my favorite, hell I would get it by slice which would amount 2 square slices for $2.50 with a 32 oz soda!

I decided to order a large pizza... .......WORST CRAP EVER! They burnt it to a crisp! Everytime I got a pizza, BURNT to crisp! A month of two later, it went out of business......
