Guest swan Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Classic. LOL! http://www.theolympian.com/home/news/20030...age/23705.shtml?
Guest Vern Gagne Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Why didn't he have any keys. I was just reading about what some protesters plan on doing. Block federal buildings, military compound, and steets. Why do they have to prevent other people from going about there daily business. What is wrong with simply protestng with signs and not getting in the way of other people.
Guest swan Posted March 19, 2003 Report Posted March 19, 2003 Because it would make sense. Common sense is something that is lacking from many people.
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted March 20, 2003 Report Posted March 20, 2003 He probably threw the key away so he nobody could take it from him and unlock his chains. Stupid pseudo-hippie...

Nothing's wrong with it, Vern. If people want to protest and carry signs around, great. I don't agree with them, but it's certainly their right to peaceably gather and express their opinions. It's when they start disrupting things by blocing streets, stopping cars, blocking buildings, etc, that they cross the line. Going too far like that should get them arrested every time. The real shame of it is (and why I have contempt for protesters who cannot simply protest), the fact that they're acting like assholes pulls the police away from more important duties in a time of high terror alert.
Guest Blue Bacchus Posted March 20, 2003 Report Posted March 20, 2003 I think it's time for Police to start roughing up these protesters.
