Guest areacode212 Report post Posted March 21, 2003 ImageReady is good if you have something in Photoshop that's ready to be animated. GIF Construction Set, and I assume all those other GIF animation programs, are good if you already have all the frames in separate GIF files . It's how I made my current avatar.
