Guest Doyo Posted March 22, 2003 Report Posted March 22, 2003 Shiite Muslim men cut their heads with swords during the annual ritual to mark Ashoura Day in the southern Lebanese town of Nabatiyeh, on Thursday March 13, 2003. Hundreds of Shiites in south Lebanon marked the 7th century killing of their most revered saint Imam Hussein, by slashing their heads with blades on the occasion known as Ashoura. Al Hussein was a grandson of Islam's Prophet Mohammed and is a symbol of martydrom for Shiite Muslims. (AP Photo/Mohammed Zaatari)
Guest SP-1 Posted March 22, 2003 Report Posted March 22, 2003 I think I see Abdullah the Butcher somewhere in the background.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted March 22, 2003 Report Posted March 22, 2003 He's been busted open BAH GAWD! What a slobberknocker! There's my JR-ism for the day
Guest Sandman9000 Posted March 22, 2003 Report Posted March 22, 2003 Bah, bloody heads are SO 90's. Bloody backs, a la Wifebeater, is what all the cool kids are doing now.
Guest Sandman9000 Posted March 22, 2003 Report Posted March 22, 2003 Best....Holiday......Ever ::Marks down 3/13 as an excuse to legally go into public and gig himself into a bloody mess::
Guest Doyo Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 Raven had some blood on his back on Wednesday:
Conspiracy_Victim Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 I've often wondered which match Muta was in where the "Muta scale" was born, and where I could find it (Kazaa, etc.). That's a pretty impressive blade job though. I'd call it .8 EASY.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 Hey guys, how about making text links to these things with a warning? Jesus christ. I guess I didn't want to eat dinner anyway.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 "Now this is a blade job" being the title kinda tipped me off.
Guest KingOfOldSchool Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 I've often wondered which match Muta was in where the "Muta scale" was born, and where I could find it (Kazaa, etc.). That's a pretty impressive blade job though. I'd call it .8 EASY. That would be Great Muta v. Hiroshi Hase, from 12-14-92. I think I've seen the match around on Hotline, but I'm not sure.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 "Now this is a blade job" being the title kinda tipped me off. Yeah, but I usually expect people to be nice enough to just link to unsettling images. Especially since some browse at work.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 Thanks King now I've got someplace to start the search.

Guest Doyo Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 I also assumed the title was enough to warn anyone at work or whatever. I found it over at Yahoo news and they sure didn't give any type of warning. Conspiracy Victim - I got that Muto vs. Hase on tape and can dub it if you really want to see it. I haven't watched it in years, but I believe other wrestlers have bleed as much, if not more, since then. I'm actually not really into bloody wrestling that much, but it can add to the drama.
Guest DrTom Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 In the front row of the original picture, I'd give the fellow in the middle a 0.7 Muta, the guy to his left a 0.5, and the fellow nearest the camera who's holding the blade a 0.4. It's a holiday; can't ANYONE saw themselves open to the tune of a full 1.0 Muta?
Guest B-X Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 Everyone look at the picture of Raven. Now look at the roof. Is it just me, or is there carpeting EVERYWHERE up there? Or maybe its mold?
Guest McLeary Posted March 23, 2003 Report Posted March 23, 2003 Wow, you know what that pic up top looks like? A VIOLENT CULT.
