I'm just in funning with you Xero. I always found it so funny how short some matches can be when you book it to put one guy over, but it still gets a good rating.

The JL is in there, but only as a non-playable, developmental fed for the WF. I'm in it, as are yourself, Crow and others, but we're all listed as developmental talent. And I've only glossed over it, but there is a subsection for the JL, in which updates will come forth about our status.

On the subject of what the f**k?

How can Neilsen lose "overness" from a promo!?!

What the F**k!?!

And that was a lame Neilsen promo as well. Hit many key points though...I am bigger than the ICTV Title and I do deserve a World Title shot.

SWF NOTES

Smarkdown scored a 3.96 rating, drew an attendance of 1503, and made $60,120 in ticket sales. Like Lockdown, Smarkdown has no competition on its night. I'm worried about Storm on Monday night, as it runs directly against WWE and OAOAST programming. I'll have to book a strong show to compensate.

Sunday, April 6, 2003

OAOAST NOTES

The Saturday night OAOAST show, "HeldDOWN~!", scored a 3.98 rating, was attended by 1510 people, and made $60,400 in ticket sales.

COMING UP ON STORM

* Michael Craven will face Mike Van Siclen in a #1 contender match for the Hardcore Gamers Championship.

* Frost defends the ICTV Championship against Suicide Squad member Jerry Lynn.

* TNT will defend his World Championship against an opponent to be decided.

SWF STORM - Monday, April 7, 2003

Storm begins live with your always talented announcing team of Bobby Riley and "Grand Slam" Mark Stevens. Stevens tells the crowd that the SWF Commissioner, Suicide King, has a major announcement to make tonight involving the SWF World Championship, but first, we begin with an opening tag match!

The Commissioner, Suicide King, is sitting in his office backstage, addressing the camera. "Hello, everyone. I know you're all anxious to find out who tonight's challenger for TNT's SWF World Championship will be. Well, that's a difficult decision on my part. You see, ELM and Tom Flesher competed in a #1 contender match last week, but the match resulted in a no contest. Frost and Neilsen of the Jungle have also asked -- actually, demanded is a better word -- demanded a shot at the title. This Commissioner does not give in to demands, and so neither of you will be getting the shot. Instead... TNT will defend his title tonight, against the newest member of the Suicide Squad..."

In walks... Scott Hall! Hall shake hands with the Suicide King, and the camera fades out on this stunning announcement.

OK guys. New announcement to make. This diary is going to be placed on hold for a few days... because EWR 3.0 came out today. From glancing at the text file covering all the new features, it looks like this new version totally rocks ass. Anyway, I'm going to take a little time to experiment with the new version. Fortunately there's a 2.0 to 3.0 data converter, so I should be able to keep the diary going under the new version.

EDIT: OK, you know what? Forget I said all that. I'm not going to put the diary on hold. In fact, I'm going to keep it going under version 2.0 for the time being. Yeah, I'm an indecisive prick.

For those that want to download the new version of EWR, here's the link:

A video plays to hype the Suicide Squad. In a great video segment, we see clips of Suicide King's proclamation of his intentions to usher in a new era in SWF history, followed by clips of each Squad member's debut: Jeff Jarrett, Jerry Lynn, Mike Awesome, Perry Saturn, and Shawn Stasiak. Additional clips of Jerry Lynn's Intercontinental Television title win over Frost make King's words seem very prophetic.

Inside the commissioner's office, Suicide King talks to a camera. "Hello, everyone. I'd like to send a little message to Neilsen of the Jungle. You see, I thought I was pretty clear to Neilsen what his chances were of getting a shot at the SWF title. He hasn't been back in action long enough and I don't feel he is deserving of the shot yet. However, Neilsen remains determined, and has resorted to threatening me. Me, your SWF commissioner. Neilsen, you want to try to beat a title shot out of me? That doesn't sound like a bad idea. You see, there's a pay per view coming up at the end of this month, called Spite and Malice. And at this pay per view, we're going to have ourselves a match. It's going to be Neilsen of the Jungle... versus the Suicide King!"

The audience applauds in the background upon hearing this. King continues.

"That's right. Your commissioner will return to the ring to face Neilsen of the Jungle, and should Neilsen win, I will grant him an SWF World title shot at a time to be determined. But here's the catch: if I win -- and I will -- then Neilsen's career will be over. Done. Before it even has a chance to get started again. Neilsen will get his chance, but his career will be on the line."

King smiles. "And I can't wait to be the one to end it for good."
