Guest Plushy Al Logan Report post Posted March 24, 2003 It has now been confirmed by most all sources that Bill Goldberg has signed with WWE, whether it was one or two weeks ago, Goldberg is now under contract with World Wrestling Entertainment. In other news: To follow up on the story we reported earlier today regarding the big angle planned for the end of RAW tonight, we have received word that TNN has actually given WWE an extra 30 minutes tonight. TSN has also agreed to air the entire two and a half hours of programming. We'll have more details as they become available, but as of right now, it looks like RAW will be going two hours and thirty minutes tonight.
Guest Caliban Report post Posted March 24, 2003 2 hours and 30 minutes? What the hell are they going to put into 2 hours and 30 minutes? *shudders*
Guest BifEverchad Report post Posted March 24, 2003 Sweeeeeet! An extra half hour of RAW! *ahem*
Guest Insane Bump Machine Report post Posted March 25, 2003 Maybe they'll debut Goldberg tonight. It would take the focus away from the important WM matches and would be incredibly stupid. But that hasn't stopped them in the past. Ideally they should use the extra time to further hype the WM matches with promos by Jericho/Booker/Michaels/HHH etc. and maybe one good long match. But probably they'll just use it to have a long "Rock concert".
Guest Nanks Report post Posted March 25, 2003 Spoiler (Highlight to Read): The networks have been told that the extra half hour will involve The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin. So presumably it will contain Rock's concert to be interrupted by Stone Cold, and who knows from there... Source: prowrestlingscoops.com
Guest Polish_Rifle Report post Posted March 25, 2003 Fuck Goldberg! What happened to creating your own stars? All they've done recently is bring in old guys trying to draw ratings with recognizable people ala WCW. Guys like Nash, Hall and Steiner are all high priced busts. Who's Next...oh

Guest AndrewTS Report post Posted March 25, 2003 2 hours and 30 minutes? What the hell are they going to put into 2 hours and 30 minutes? *shudders* Video packages of the Wrestlemania Press Conference, a recap of 3rd degree, a recap of the major events of last week Raw, a recap of Shawn Michaels' WM legacy, "Moments ago..." segments, several backstage promos--half of which will star HHH, Rock, or Stone Cold-- Commercials shilling for the Hardy Boyz book, shilling for that ass-awful Xenosaga game, hyping the WWE Crush Hour video game and GTA Vice City, and MAYBE, just MAYBE a few 3-4 minute matches.
