Guest jedi bobs Posted March 21, 2002 Report Posted March 21, 2002 I think that Hogan should return to the red and yellow Monday night!
Guest Tony149 Posted March 21, 2002 Report Posted March 21, 2002 Hogan should stay as Hollywood for now. I think we'll see him return to the red & yellow before he retires. Probably for a "real american" feud with Angle.
Guest mastermind Posted March 21, 2002 Report Posted March 21, 2002 SummerSlam 2002 Icon vs. Icon Steve Austin vs. Ric Flair Flair retires Real American vs. America's Olympic Hero Hulk Hogan Kurt Angle Hogan shows up at the event to Real American in his red and yellow "tight pants" to face Angle. He then retires and becomes a mouthpiece and Babe Ruth of the wwf character. That's what they should do!
Guest goodhelmet Posted March 21, 2002 Report Posted March 21, 2002 If I were Hogan, I would don the red and yellow one more time for his last match ever. Then have whoever he faces beat him without mercy and Hogan can do a stretcher job and everything. Then as the PPV closes and Hogan is being wheeled away or carried away or whatever, the announcers can announce, "Ladies and Gentlemen, Hulkamania is DEAD!" Boom, whoever went over would be a mega uber heel and could possibly carry a company to a new boom provided the guy has the skills.
Guest converge241 Posted March 21, 2002 Report Posted March 21, 2002 I like the angle idea. Either turn red and yellow for a feud with him or before the retirement. Id like to keep hollywood with "voodoo chile" for now, a great entrance song.
Guest muswp1 Posted March 22, 2002 Report Posted March 22, 2002 Here's a real simple answer...RETIRE NOW HOGAN BEFORE YOU RUIN YET ANOTHER PROMOTION!!!
Guest treble charged Posted March 22, 2002 Report Posted March 22, 2002 Once "Hollywood" and using the Jimi Hendrix music gets old, the red and yellow will come back. However, it will probably just be an un-intentional parody of the 80s.

He seems like with a new gimmick, he could be a mega-heel. He has "the look" to me anyway.
Guest Some Guy Posted March 22, 2002 Report Posted March 22, 2002 I would have him slowly morph back into the real Hulkster. 1st have the annoucers call him Hollywood less and less, then have him shave the stupid beard, then at some point when he has a good heel to face have him come out to 'Real American" and for full nostalgia he should dust off his old "Hulk Rules" tank-top and bandana. The crowd would eat this up, IMO.
Guest El Satanico Posted March 22, 2002 Report Posted March 22, 2002 Well everyone knows that Hogan will become Mustard & Ketchup man again at some point. But for the sake of all of us i really hope they don't do it until Hogan is ready to end his career. It wouldn't be fun if we had to deal with yellow & red Hogan for an extended period of time. Let him dress like Hollywood and act like Hulk until he is ready for his last big feud.
Guest goodhelmet Posted March 22, 2002 Report Posted March 22, 2002 "Well everyone knows that Hogan will become Mustard & Ketchup man again" LMAO. I've never heard that before. That is some funny sh!t I still believe he should turn to the yellow and red in his very last match and get squashed to elevate a new phenom.
Guest Posted March 22, 2002 Report Posted March 22, 2002 I voted Hulk should wear red & yellow now... just because every other #### wrestler wears black now... even Kurt.
Guest El Satanico Posted March 22, 2002 Report Posted March 22, 2002 Glad that i could provide you with some entertainment goodhelmet
Guest Kinetic Posted March 22, 2002 Report Posted March 22, 2002 I'd say Patterson and Brisco coming out to "Real American" forever killed the song, but no one remembers stuff like that. I'd be just fine if I never saw red & yellow Hogan ever again. It just reeks of a nostalgia trip.
Guest goodhelmet Posted March 22, 2002 Report Posted March 22, 2002 well, the NWO reeks of nostalgia as well but the WWF thought it was a good idea.
Guest KOR420 Posted March 22, 2002 Report Posted March 22, 2002 Terrible, the red and yellow would suck,he would just be boring ass hogan talking the 80's talk and boring me to death because that shit worked when i was 10 not now when i'm 21
