What I was saying, is was that it was unwise thing to do so early in the company's history, while they are trying to grow and get a free television contract.

 

What if some television idiot said: “Well, we WERE going to give you a contract, but then we heard you have topless women on your shows, when there was kids in the audience.”

 

I remember a few weeks ago, Boarsh's column said that some people were upset by the incident. If that's true, (which it probably is) I just figured that the last thing they want to do right now is alienate people. It’s too risky. I really like TNA and want to see it continue to grow, so anything that could hurt it is not so smart right now.

 

And "Galactic Gigolo", you are either just heat seeking, or ignorant. How is people painting all homosexuals with the same brush any different from YOU painting ALL religious people with the same brush?

 

I am a spiritual person, I believe in God, but I don't hate gay people at all. You ARE aware that there are openly gay churches and religious organizations, right?

It was a one time incident, its not like the company is being overrun with constant female nudity lol.......still baffled why any hetero male fan gets their undies in a bunch because of one week of some naked tits. I can understand why maybe Styles would given his religious beliefs, and the fact that he works for a Christian fed also (which is kind of a an oxymoron deal IMO, but whatever.........christianity and wrestling? ) but whatever.

Personally, I don't like it because it isn't wrestling. It's cheap, throwaway T&A without a purpose except to entice more buys at the promise of "OMGZ B00BZ." If I want to see some titties, I'd just as sooner watch porn or something.

I dont think its really a catalyst to try to entice people to think this type of stuff would happen next week, it was more just doing the same thing WWE did so many years ago, in just turning the unpredictable factor in general up a little bit.

 

I still dont get how you can complain about a show wasting a minute to just show some skin on a woman, does it REALLY take away from the rest of the show THAT MUCH? Sure, if I wanted to really see tits, I'd watch a porn or whatever too, but still I'm not gonna bitch just because I happen to see some in another spot also. Big f'n deal.

You can be unpredictable without nudity though, but only if there's some sort of, you know, actual effort on behalf of the writing staff. It takes no effort at all to be this kind of shocking.

 

And who said I was complaining or bitching? I was simply offering up my opinion on the matter. It's not like I was offended and wrote into TNA or anything. While I have no problem with the breasts, my point remains that it's not what I'm ordering a show for. And whether it's five minutes or twenty minutes, my point is that time was specifically given to the segment when those few extra minutes could've gone to the talent which actually matters.
