Guest Crazy Dan Report post Posted March 28, 2003 Def Jam Vendetta comes out on April 1 and is anyone planning on getting this game? I am kinda stoked for this one. The graphics look good, the moves look crazy, and psychology. The makers of No Mercy helped design this game, so it should be a good game. Any thoughts? Guest Zero_Cool Report post Posted March 28, 2003 AKI made this game, and while that is awesome, as we all adore the No Mercy engine..but am I the only one noticing the impossible moves that can't be pulled off in this universe?
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted March 28, 2003 I wish it had a CAW mode. Fighting with rappers doesn't seem that exciting to me...but the game will play so much better than any other game that I'm torn.
Guest Downhome Report post Posted March 28, 2003 In Pro. Wrestling games, to me at least, the gameplay makes or breaks the games. If a game has great gameplay, I don't give a shit about any of the glitz and fashiness. Take Giant Gram 2000, my favorite wrestling game ever. I've never once used the CAW in it since it's VERY full with Japanese writing. However, the gameplay makes up for it. I played the demo for Def Jam, and this game will supply me with what I need. An American wrestling game, with great gameplay, period. It's all I really ask for, everything else is just icing on the cake.
Guest Flyboy Report post Posted March 28, 2003 I have a feeling this will be better than SD4.
Guest Downhome Report post Posted March 28, 2003 I have a feeling this will be better than SD4. Just the demo of it is better than SD4 to me, and I liked SD4. My only problem with SD4 is that I get tired of it very fast. There is just something about the style and setup of that game that does not allow me to play it for very long. It's a great game, but I just can't place what it is that makes me not want to play it a lot of the times, there is just something about it.
