Okay, kids. I know the direction I'm going in with IZ after the split, graphically. You guys already have a logo, so my business is with matchup graphics and other stuff you guys may want. I can't promise to get it all, but ideas for matchup screens are most important.

 

So. Ideas? Suggestions? This is to help YOUR show aesthetically, so I need ideas from you.

Wait...are you asking for matchup pictures (like what the character looks like) or background ideas?

 

 

Cuz I like just having the HeldDown Blue and White as the background. It's simple, yet effecive.

This is one easiest to do out of other stuff I've tried, looks crisp and clean, and isn't f'ing huge.

One thing off the bat I see that needs changing on my end is the font color on the character names themselves. It's dark enough that it blends in and is hard to read on Kotzenjunge's bust.

Too bad we didn't do that for AM II. The ones for the show are a little bigger than that, but now we now how to do them.

Aye. That would have probably been mucho easier than what I went through for each Mania pic. But, it IS Mania so I didn't mind working with larger graphics. It was all fun though.

I would have the HeldDOWN background like you do, but maybe have the border be a dark blue (or black even if it won't blend well) and maybe with a "jagged" type of font. Make the names look edgy, a la the persona of the show.

Didn't you have screens awhile ago that were just a blue border, black background and the helddown logo at the bottom. Do you still have that one?

I still have it. But it's f'n huge if it's the one I think you're talking about.

That looks awesome. Zack's idea about the blue border and italic writing wouldn't be a bad idea to try out.

That's pretty doable, I think. I actually sort of did that with an early revamp of the IZ graphics but it was BIG so I dropped it. But if I can do it smaller I may try.

I think a Purple and Green color scheme works best.

 

Keep in mind I mean Bristish Racing Green and Methylene Purple.
