Guest NoCalMike Report post Posted April 1, 2003 I love the theme music to this movie. The main title theme. Originally it was in 3-D, and the music goes perfect with that vibe. I just downloaded it so I can enjoy it FOREVER~! Anyone else remember the groovy theme music to this movie?
Guest IDrinkRatsMilk Report post Posted April 1, 2003 Yeah, it's cool. I've still got the original video, it's kind of collapsing by now. 3 is definitely my favorite of the movies. If you pretend that's where the series ended, it's almost realistic enough to actually happen.
Guest Plushy Al Logan Report post Posted April 1, 2003 Damn right it does, Jason kicks ass, sign that hoss to Raw.
Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted April 1, 2003 I like the movie enough. But the 3D shots just come off real ugly on film. Although it's nice to see that Jason doesn't discriminate, he kills middle-aged hippies as well as teenagers.
Guest Ravenbomb Report post Posted April 1, 2003 I like part 4 better, the series should've ended THERE.
Guest The Hollywood Fashion Plate Report post Posted April 1, 2003 Eh, I dunno about ending it at Part 4. It seems to me that the whole series could be divided into several eras where one could conceivably put in other Jason-like killers and made a respectable 3 or 4-part franchise: 1-3: The Voorhees saga (Mom, then Jason going for revenge over a couple of days...it COULD'VE ended here as a trilogy) 4-6: The Tommy Jarvis saga (seeing as how he was to be the next Jason after pt. 5 and all, but the fans didn't go along with it...again, it COULD'VE been a trilogy here, with a different killer or something, making the theme being Tommy's reactions and interactions with the killer and his own personal demons) 7-X: The supernatural Jason saga (beginning with what many perceive to be the best Jason movie PERIOD, this segment of the series shows Jason's supernatural powers...being undead, teleporting, body-hopping, regeneration...again, this could've been another character and made a tidy profit off of just 4 movies in this series.) And now, with FvsJ (which appears to be a return of the 'old-school' Json from parts 4-7) another branch of the series begins.
Guest Shanghai Kid Report post Posted April 2, 2003 Vera in part 3 was super hot, I hate seeing her die. 2, 3, 4, 6 are the best of the series.
Guest Jack Tunney Report post Posted April 2, 2003 I like the piano music at the end of part 1. It's all peaceful until Jason pops out of the lake.
Guest Youth N Asia Report post Posted April 2, 2003 Now I want to have a FT13th marathon...think I'll look into that for next weekend.
Guest C.H.U.D. Report post Posted April 2, 2003 The discoishness of the theme is very cool. The crowd started cheering when the song started when I saw it in the theatre last year

That is a nice "short & sweet" breakdown of the series *standing ovation* good job slickster.
