Puerto Rican Lightning promo in response to Andrew "Your Hero"'s promo last week on IZ.

 

How about PRL takes on Andrew for the North American title this week on IZ?

I'd rather it build slowly, with a match at LA, and have it blown off at one of the major PPVs, possibly in a ladder match for both titles

I like that idea. Although, I think a match on IZ this week would be a good idea. How about it's an improtou match-up where you come out and challenge me to put the Puerto Rican Championship on the line and I obliged.
