Guest caboose Report post Posted April 2, 2003 The Rose Garden has our May PPV event: Nobody Wins Forever. Worst PPV name EVER. Okay, genius, suggest something better. High Time Till You Lose? The Facts of Losing? Bullshit? Easy there Tony. Well seeing as I came up with a lot of the PPV names, I'm sure I can come up with another... How about: OAOAST Ego's Collide! OAOAST Tony Explodes! OAOAST Caboose Shuts Up! OAOAST BPP Gets Fired! OAOAST Anglesault Actually Does Something Of Worth! OAOAST AnglePlex Wins Two Matches In A Row!
Guest Plushy Al Logan Report post Posted April 2, 2003 OAOAST Ego's Collide! Main Event: Ego elimination match, people stand in the corner's while their massive hoss like ego's fight it out: Hulk Hogan vs. Goldberg vs. HHH vs. Anglesault vs. BPP vs. Mario Logan vs. As many people as you want to add Think of it as the Main event from WM 2000! I'm a genuis! To be fair, we must find a writer independent of the OAOAST, or the WWE, or the Smartmarks forums, just a person who likes to write wrestling matches. High Time Till You Lose? The Facts of Losing? Bullshit? John Gardner and Reymond Benson RULE: Nobody Lives Forever High Time to Kill The Facts of Death You should've suggested SeaFire, and did the show on a Navy Battleship. So much as a matter of fact, I may even re-debut some form of "The Body Shop" -- or if I come up with a new name, something else -- for IZ or HD. As the late Owen Hart said, "enough is enough and it's time 4 a change!" NWF is no longer the May PPV, it's now School's Out in honor of the NEW OAOAST champion Zack. Seriously? if the name gets a good reaction, maybe.

The Facts of Losing? Bullshit? John Gardner and Reymond Benson RULE: Next year I'll start naming shows after comic characters/movies. AngleMania Returns! AngleSlam: The Quest for Peace. Anglesault & Angle-Plex Okay, maybe not those two. Although I really liked the names "Nobody Wins Forever" & "High Times Till You Lose." With two feds here, I like to use names that are different from what the SWF are using; that's way Ashes to Ashes isn't returning, I beleive SWF were using the name. SP, what name were you talking about?
Guest SP-1 Report post Posted April 2, 2003 School's Out is pretty damn swank, IMO. And perhaps "License to Pin"?
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Report post Posted April 2, 2003 School's Out is pretty damn swank, IMO. And perhaps "License to Pin"? "The Belt is Not Enough"? "Lose Another Day"? "Live and Let Lose"? "You Only Win Twice"? I don't like them either but it'd be funny to see a PPV named one of those.
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted April 2, 2003 Call one of them "License to Kill" It sounds menacing, and it gives out a little DALTON~! love. While I liked the movie -- and all the Bond movies (Damn you eBay, I need 6 or 7 movies to finish off my collection and everything is so high or import/bootleg) and actors, not many can say that -- I would probably use "License to Thrill." I'm not really big on using a direct rip-off of names we use that would come from movies/TV or music. I also liked "Egos Collide," but Caboose is retired and I don't think we could get either him or BPP to job.
Guest Zack Malibu Report post Posted April 2, 2003 I get a PPV named in my honor? ::sniff:: What about Cruel Intentions? Or my idea for a PPV, which was half Lethal Lottery, half tribute to lucha libre tourneys. A tournament of 8 teams, picked via lottery...winning team faces each other, and the winner of that match gets a title shot at the next PPV. The name of the event? Random Acts of Violence. Beleive it or not, "You Only Win Twice" was one of the names I tossed around in my head, but I decided against because it didn't hit me like "Nobody Wins Forever" and "High Times Till You Lose." And nobody would know the true reasoning for using "The Facts of Losing." Was it a book, or "The Facts of Life," "The Facts of Life" TV show? I considered a spoof of "The Man With The Golden Gun" theme titled: "The Man With The Big Gold Belt" for AM II, I even had a good idea how to make the lyrics fit the OAOAST title picture, but decided against it. Yeah, May's PPV is now titled: School's Out. I also found a way to squeeze in NWF & HTTYL. HTTYL becomes a subtitle to our July PPV: Red, White and Bruised, which takes place on a cruise ship somewhere in the sea. And NWF takes over the spot in Sept. Guest Zack Malibu Report post Posted April 2, 2003 Don't you go no-selling the lottery tourney idea. It'd be a good way to give some of us an angle in a few months, after feuds are blown off and such.

It makes more sense and it has something to do with the venue. And it's a damn good Bond novel.

It'd be a good way to give some of us an angle in a few months, after feuds are blown off and such. ::no-sells Zack's post:: I'll no-sell when I want! In case you forgot, when I was the Executive Producer, I approved your OAOAST title win for AM II. I could of given it to TC, but he wasn't around anyway and the others agreed to give you the strap. Hell, you outta give The Purist a title match on the first HD after the split -- I hang out with him, you know. As for your idea... as of right now, I'm making you the agent in-charge of that; whenever we do it (not in that way you little horn-balls), you'll be the one who gets it together. Um, *I* get out in May ::shakes fist at Superstar's school letting him out early:: Since we're using School's Out, we HAVE to use Alice Cooper as the theme. I mean it's a given. Which is good since that song rules. Oh! Anglemania... uhh... how about the San Jose Arena (real name blanking on me right now) so I could actually... you know... attend one of our events?
