Why is North Carolina a better job than Kansas?

 

Here's an idea. Instead of bringing in someone like Williams, or Sampson. Why not look for a assistant coach or a coach at a smaller program. Dean Smith wasn't a big name when he arrived at UNC, Kryzewski wasn't a big name when he came to Duke.
