Guest Dynamite Kido Posted April 4, 2003 Report Posted April 4, 2003 Out of the mention guys above which one do you think is the Most Valuable Player
Guest Zack Malibu Posted April 4, 2003 Report Posted April 4, 2003 I voted Lynn, since he's a wrestling vet, and works his ass off to get watchable-great matches out of everyone. BTW, where is Ron Killings on this list? He was TNA's breakout star (along with AJ) and should be included over Rhodes, and IMO Kid Kash as a choice for this poll.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted April 4, 2003 Report Posted April 4, 2003 It's between Lynn and Styles in my mind, but Styles rules overall, so he wins.
Guest Big Poppa Popick Posted April 4, 2003 Report Posted April 4, 2003 When I think of TNA programming, AJ Styles is the only who comes to my mind as being their "project" . Not only has he learned alot, but he's at a point now where he's unneeding to be put over, he is OVER. they will yell out loud when he wins the title
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted April 4, 2003 Report Posted April 4, 2003 I put down Styles. Jerry wants Jeff to be it, but nobody is quite as over as AJ. AJ comes out and gets instant heat just by running a hand through his hair. He has "it," if you will. The only other true choices on that list, IMO, are Lynn and Raven.
Guest converge241 Posted April 4, 2003 Report Posted April 4, 2003 no contest - Jerry Lynn arguably the best worker (next to AJ i think AJ is a tad "better" and like him more) but he has been a relatively good talker as well, for that extra edge
Guest eiker_ir Posted April 5, 2003 Report Posted April 5, 2003 Jerry Lynn is the best of them all, but AJ just seems like the 'superstar' of the show to me, so i voted AJ...
Guest Space_Cowboy Posted April 5, 2003 Report Posted April 5, 2003 I'd have to agree with AJ Styles, he's the star of TNA, with Raven and Lynn just behind him.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted April 5, 2003 Report Posted April 5, 2003 I, like everyone, have it narrowed down to Lynn and Styles. I gave Styles the nod because he has the bigger potential for long lasting superstardom at the top of the company.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted April 5, 2003 Report Posted April 5, 2003 Styles is an example of what TNA needs to do to survive. They knew they didn't have the money to lure many superstars in, so they found a guy who they thought had the potential for success, and they worked to get him over.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted April 5, 2003 Report Posted April 5, 2003 Styles and Truth are the best examples. Styles' talent and Truth's charsma should make them top players for as long as TNA is around. That's two down...they need to go find some more now. They want me to like Siaki in the same way...but he needs work. I do like his character though.
Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Posted April 5, 2003 Report Posted April 5, 2003 I think they should start trying to get guys from the indys, giving them original characters, giving them a few weeks of build-up with vinigettes, then put them over a name in their first month. You have instant, cheap, stars.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted April 5, 2003 Report Posted April 5, 2003 That's a good idea. Tenay can really sell their ability coming in too.
